Item availability:

Our online inventory is connected through the physical store inventory. We make every effort to keep our system updated. However, in the rare case items sell simultaneously, we will send you an email and immediately refund your card.

We gladly accept American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard and gift certificate.

Savvy ships all orders via USPS. Please contact us at savvyinc@hotmail.com if you have any questions or special requests (i.e express delivery) regarding shipping. All packages sent out will require a signature upon arrival. If you request not to have to sign, you will be liable for lost or damaged goods.

Purchases made Monday through Friday before 2pm EST will be pulled from inventory that day, except holidays, and will be shipped within 24 hours pending product availability and credit verification. Purchases made after 2pm EST will be processed the following day and shipped out within 48 hours from the time of order. USPS is unable to deliver items to a PO Box.

Sales tax will be charged according to state law for items purchased in the store as well as items shipped to residents of South Carolina. When shipping outside of South Carolina, no sales tax will be charged on items sold due to the fact that Savvy is physically located in South Carolina.

Online return policy:
Regular price, unworn merchandise with tags attached will be accepted for a refund. Items must be received back in store within 14 days of the customer’s purchase date. All returned items must be properly packaged and insured.PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.

If you need another size, please call or email us immediately so we can set aside the replacement. If you would like a refund, please make note of it on your original packing slip and we will do so immediately upon receiving the return policy.
