The Leticia earrings are one of our original designs and continue to be a favorite. They are handwoven with Miyuki Japanese glass beads in a hexagon shape and feature a beautiful geometric lined pattern within. They are stunning enough to wear for a special occasion but can easily be worn with a casual look. The stainless steel post is sewn on the back with nylon thread. These earrings are handmade by women artisans in Medellin, Colombia who receive fair working conditions and compensation for their skills.

About the Brand

Mayana Designs was created in 2020 by Emily Wancier as a way to explore and share her love of artisan handmade beaded jewelry. Emily is primarily self-taught and continues to challenge herself by exploring geometric form and color as she transforms Japanese Miyuki glass beads into wearable art. Mayana Designs is committed to offering bead weaving training and employment primarily to single mothers and members of the displaced indigenous community in Medellin, Colombia, where the jewelry is prod.

Regular price, unworn merchandise with tags attached will be accepted for a refund. Items must be received back in store within 14 days of the customer’s purchase date. All returned items must be properly packaged and insured.
